Looking back on 2010...
2010 was a great year for our dogs. Indy became the Top Rhodesian Ridgeback in Canada, won the RRCEC Specialty show and also gained her American Championship. Thomba became a Canadian Champion, collecting group placements from the classes along the way, and passed his Canine Good Neighbour Test with flying colours. He also was the Best Ridged Male at the Canadian Nationals. Kianga too became a Canadian Champion and did very well at the two specialty shows she attended by going Winners Bitch and First Place Open Bitch. Another great success is that all of them passed their health clearances. And last but not least, they gave their dam Tinga her Register of Merit.

Indy goes Best in Show at the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Eastern Canada's specialty show and becomes the number 1 RR in the country! On the same say, her sister Kianga became a new champion and their mother Tinga obtained her Register of Merit title for having produced 3 champions.

Not to be outdone, Indy went Best of Opposite Sex at the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Eastern Canada booster show the next day. For more photos, go to

A couple of weeks after her second birthday, Indy became an American Champion in Syracuse, NY. She is now Canadian and American Champion Cataraqui Indian Summer. She also recently passed all of her health clearances with flying colours. You can look her up at www.offa.org.
Kianga, Cataraqui Fleur de Mai, also completed all of her health clearances this spring and she will be moving on to motherhood very shortly.
